Likewise, their wives (spouses) must be reverent, not slanders, temperate, faithful in all things.  

Purpose

The Deacon's Spouses are servants of the Lord, that seek to dwell in unity and faithfulness in order to operate in the spirit of excellence, which includes love and integrity.  We support our spouses as they minister to the members of  New Beginning and help to promote harmony within the congregation.  Futhermore, we reach out and encourage the unsaved that they may become saints of God through our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
