The School of Ministry provides biblical teaching and is designed to equip ministers in training and the congregation. If you desire a broader understanding of the Word of God, your attendance is encouraged.
2018 1st Quarter (Winter) Schedule
2 Week Class Saturdays: January 13 and 20 10 am - 11 am
rediscovering christian roots in The 21st Century Church
Do you have questions about the church of today? Who is the church? What is its purpose? The 21st Century Church faces challenges never before experienced in the history of the church. This class will use an open dialogue format regarding why we need to rediscover; when did we lose our way; and how do we get it back.
4 Week Class Saturdays: January 27, February 3, 10, 17 10 am – 11 am
REDISCOVERING THE KINGDOM
What do we mean when we say Kingdom of God? Where is this Kingdom? This class will introduce the Kingdom that Jesus spoke of in Matthew 3:2. We will also gain understanding of the rights, privileges and responsibilities of a Kingdom citizen.
5 Week Class Saturdays: February 24, March 3, 10, 17, 24 10 am – 11 am
SYSTEMATIC THEOLOGY 101
What Does the Whole Bible Teach Us Today? Glad you asked! This course consists of an introduction to and definition of Systematic Theology, which is the answer to your question! This course will define Systematic Theology and its purpose and demonstrate a basic understanding of biblical topics and clearly summarize for-mentioned topics so we know what to believe about each topic and their relevance for today.
